Delivery Terms and Conditions

  1. Delivery Methods & Coverage
    All items will be shipped directly by our dedicated delivery team with standard door-to-door delivery service. Currently, we provide delivery services to Hong Kong only.
  2. Shipping Fee Policy
    Orders with a subtotal of HK$800 or more qualify for free delivery. For orders under HK$800, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged.
  3. Order Processing & Shipping Time
    Orders are generally processed and packed within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, our dedicated delivery team will send a tracking number to you. After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days.
  4. Important Notes
    Delivery may be delayed during public holidays or inclement weather. Please ensure your delivery information is correct. Any redelivery fee caused by incorrect information will be borne by the customer.
  5. Order Cancellation & Returns
    Orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed and processed. For hygiene reasons, all products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
